Step 1. Location Scouting
WDS will personally visit your property for an initial site assessment. The first step is to meet with you and understand what you’re looking to create -be it a recreational cabin in the woods, lodging business or gathering space. Next we locate your property markers, sketch out the basic lay of the land, take aerial footage, locate the perfect building site and dial in the easiest access points via road, air or water.
Step 2. Design & Development
After we have completed our initial site assessment WDS will design your cabin to fit harmoniously into the landscape taking advantage of solar gains, views, natural resources and typography.

Step 3. Logistics
We will calculate the weight of your building materials and figure out the best most cost effective way to move them to your property. We have worked extensively with helicopters, landing crafts, fishing vessels personal boats and bush planes so we can help get your building supplies to the most remote locations on the planet.
Step 4. Build Oversight
The next step would be to build! We can be on site and help oversee the project to ensure that the integrity of the design is upheld.
Step 5. Training & Business Creation
Once we have your build dialed in we can provide subsistence training for your off grid lifestyle.
